The Center for Archaeological Studies of the Research Center for Humanities and Social Science, Academia Sinica invites applications for a full-time Associate/Assistant Researcher position in Archaeology with a specialization in Southeast Asian archaeology or Archaeo-ecology. Ph.D. or ABD in Archaeology required with an active research agenda, and the ability to successfully compete for grants/contracts. Applications should consist of:
1. curriculum vitae, with details of academic and work experiences
2. a synopsis of the research project
3. a copy of the certificate of the Ph. D. degree, or a written statement from the applicant's department stating clearly the expected date of the applicant's Ph. D. defense
4. a copy of graduate school transcript
5. at least one sample of the applicant's published work, including Ph. D. dissertation (3 copies), and
6. 3 recommendation letters from professional referees submit directly to: Director Yi-Chang Liu, Center for Archaeological Studies, Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, Academia Sinica.
