Introduction:
“Lives enrich the music; the music supports lives,” Dong-Yuh Hwang said. His music comfort and relax people. If you have the chance to hear his play, it is hard to believe that the performer sitting at the piano is blind. As the music arises, it seems that there is nothing able to affect the stillness of his playing, and music notes shine warmly in the dark. Perhaps Huang’s blindness is one of the reasons he could “see” and understand the music clearly. As the concert program starts, the audience would “hear” the calmness and warmth.
