Holo Taiwanese Opera Troupe leads the trend of the refinement of Taiwanese Opera. The troupe has continuously produced 40 great works and the topics of the playwrights are wide with various formats. The troupe is dare to explore and try different performing styles. Thus, it has earned great fame and honor and is firmly recognized by the audiences. Holo Taiwanese Opera has collected 7 Golden Bell Awards so far, and is also honored with “Opera Heritage Awards” and “Taipei Culture Award”. This time, Holo brought a “The Taiwanese Tale” presents the life stories of new Tangshan immigrants. It shows the humanities, religions, folk arts and history of Taiwan at that moment. The story is based on his development especially in Dadaocheng District. It reflects the history and environmental condition in early Taiwan immigrant period in that area. The plot is compact and exciting, and it is a rare Taiwanese Opera drama in recent years!

Notice: A total of 559 numbered tickets for this event will be given to the public in the main hall of the first floor of the Activity Center, starting at 17:30.
