Since the current term of research fellow representatives to the 8^th General Assembly will expire on April 17, 2019, the election of representatives to the 9^th General Assembly is about to take place. According to established precedents, the election will be held online.

Votes can be cast from 9:00 AM on April 11 (Thursday) to 5:00 PM on April 15 (Monday). The system will be available 24 hours a day during this period

Each institute and research center is requested to pick up its voting passwords and election-related materials on April 8 (Monday) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, or from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the Conference Affairs Section (Room 3113), Secretariat, Central Office of Administration. These materials will then be given to qualified voters so that they can vote for two candidates in their respective Divisions
