Dr. Ting-Ying Wu received her Ph.D. from the Department of Biology at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich (ETH Zurich). She then moved to Temasek Life Science at the National University of Singapore for postdoc training till 2022. Since October, 2022, Dr. Wu joined the Institute of Plant and Microbial Biology, Academia Sinica as an Assistant Research Fellow.

Dr. Wu’s research has focused on the interaction between land plants and dynamic environments, especially heat, drought and nutrient deficiency.
