        Director Wen-Lian Hsu, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Science, is going to Hong Kong for academic affairs from November 21-25, 2011. During his absence, Deputy Director Hsin-Min Wang is the acting director.

        Director Shaw Chen Liu, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Research Center for Environmental Changes, is going to China for academic affairs from November 21-25, 2011. During his absence, Deputy Director George Tin-Fuk Wong is the acting director.
