        Dr. Ming-Tsair Chan has been promoted to Research Fellow of the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center, effective November 10, 2011.

        Dr. Chih-hsiang Shu has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Linguistics, effective November 15, 2011.
