Director Maw-Kuen Wu, Distinguished Research Fellow of Institute of Physics, will go to Turkey for acadimic affairs from October 10 to16, 2009. During his absence, Deputy Director Yang-Yuan Chen will be the acting director.

Director Paul Ho, Distinguished Research Fellow of Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics (Preparatory Office), is going to France and the United States for academic affairs from September 26 to October 19, 2009. During his absence, Distinguished Research Fellow Typhoon Lee is the acting director.

Director Yuan-Tsong Chen, Distinguished Research Fellow of Institute of Biomedical Sciences, will go to China for academic affairs from October 15 to 19, 2009. During his absence, Deputy Director Pauline Yen will be the acting director.

Director Hsin-Huang Michael Shiao, Research Fellow of the Institute of Socoilogy, will go to Korea to attend an international conference from October 11 to 15, 2009. During his absence, Deputy Director Mau-Kuei Chang will be the acting director.
