Dr. Chin-Shing Huang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of History and Philology, has been appointed Director of the Institute for a three-year term, effective October 13, 2009.

Dr. Mi-Yen Yeh has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Science, effective October 1, 2009.

Dr. Ming-Shien Chang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences, effective October 6, 2009.
