Dr. Chi-Chiung Lo, Research Fellow and deputy director of the Institute of Economics, has been appointed as Acting Director of the Secretariat, Central Administration Office. Her term is effective dating from August 15, 2007 until new director assumes office.
Dr. Te-Chang Lee, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, has been temporarily transferred to the National Research Institute of Chinese Medicine as Director from September 1, 2007 to August 31, 2009.
Dr. Ying-Chang Chuang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Taiwan History, has been approved to extend his temporary transfer to the National Chiao Tung University as Professor of Department of Humanities and Social Sciences and Dean of the College of Hakka Studies from September 1, 2007 to January 1, 2008.
