Academician Maw-Kuen Wu, Director and Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Physics, will visit the United States during September 12 to September 18, 2007.  During his absence the co-acting directors of the Institute will be Research Fellows Sai-Ping Li and Chi-Keung Chan jointly.

Dr. Ker-Chau Li, Director and Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Statistical Science, will visit the United States during August 29 to September 4, 2007. During his absence the acting director of the Institute will be Research Fellow Hsien-Kuei Hwang.
