         Director Shu-Min Huang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Ethnology, is going to Thailand for academic affairs from January 25-29, 2013. During his absence, Deputy Director Hsun Chang is the acting director.

         Director Wen-Hsiung Li, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Biodiversity Research Center, will go to the United States for academic affairs from January 28 to February 13 , 2014. During his absence, Deputy Director Jiunn-Tzong Wu will be the acting director.
