    Dr. Meng-Chao Yao, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Molecular Biology, has been appointed Director of the Institute for a three-year term, effective February 15, 2010.

     Dr. Kuan-chung Huang has been appointed Adjunct Research Fellow of the Institute of History and Philology, effective January 8, 2010.

     Dr. Satoki Matsushita has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics, effective January 8, 2010.

     Dr. Chin-Fei Lee has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics, effective January 8, 2010.

     Dr. Keiichi Umetsu has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics, effective January 11, 2010.

     Dr. Chih-Wei Chu has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences, effective January 8, 2010.

     Dr. Wei-Ho Chung has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, effective January, 1, 2010.

    Dr. Kate Ching-Ju Lin has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, effective January, 1, 2010.
