Dr. Y. Henry Sun, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Vice Executive Secretary of the Central Academic Advisory Committee, has been appointed Acting Director of the Scientific Instrument Center of Central Office of Administration, effective December 4, 2008.

Dr. Tzu-Ching Meng, Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Biological Chemistry, has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow, effective December 3, 2008.
