Dr. Wen Chao Chang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Chinese Literature and Philosophy, effective September 1, 2011.

        Dr. Yi-Hsuan Yang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, effective September 1, 2011.
