         Dr. Hsiu-An Chu has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Plant and Microbial Biology, effective July 26, 2010.

         Dr. Wei-Chieh Cheng has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Genomics Research Center, effective July 26, 2010.

         Dr. Wen-Tsong Chiou has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Institutum Iurisprudentiae, effective July 28, 2010.

         Dr. Pei-shan Liao has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, effective July 26, 2010.

        Dr. Hwei-Jan Hsu has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Cellular and Organismic Biology, effective July 15, 2010.

        Dr. Sheng-Feng Shen has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Research Center for Biodiversity, effective August 1, 2010.
