           Dr. Chih-Horng Kuo has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Plant and Microbial Biology, effective June 1, 2010.

        Dr. Vladimir Nazarov has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences, effective July 1, 2010.

        Dr. Pei-Wen Hsiao has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center, effective March 29, 2010.

        Dr. Che Alex Ma has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Genomics Research Center, effective March 29, 2010.
