Dr. Georg Zellmer, Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Earth Sciences, has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow, effective May 14, 2009.

Dr. Kuo-Chen Yeh, Assistant Research Fellow of the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center, has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow, effective May 18, 2009.

Dr. Seonghoe Jang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center, effective June 1, 2009.

Dr. Zhe Wu has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Modern History, effective May 11, 2009.

Dr. Yaohuang Chen has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Modern History, effective May 11, 2009.

Dr. Thung-hong Lin has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Sociology, effective August 1, 2009.

Dr. Chi Chung has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institutum Iurisprudentiae (Preparatory Office), effective June 15, 2009.
