Director Yia-Chung Chang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences, will attend an international conference in America from December 1 to 16, 2008. During his absence the acting directors of the Center will be Deputy Director Jau Tang and Associate Research Fellow Chau-Hwang Lee.
