Dr. Chu-song Chen, Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Science, has been promoted to Research Fellow, effective November 19, 2008.

Dr. Chi-Jen Lu, Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Science, has been promoted to Research Fellow, effective November 19, 2008.

Dr. Wei-Hao Wang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics (Preparatory Office), effective December 25, 2008.

Dr. Wei-chin Chang has been appointed Corresponding Research Fellow of the Institute of Plant and Microbial Biology, effective November 20, 2008.
