The award ceremony will be held on December 27, 2012 in the Multimedia Room of the 1st floor, Central Office of Administration.

         This year, a total of 78 applications were received. All submissions underwent a stringent review procedure including pre-screening, initial review, secondary review, and final review.

        There are 5 awardees who will receive a certificate and a cash prize of NT$600,000. Each awardee will give a ten-minute speech during the ceremony.
