Dr. Chen-Yu Chung has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Chinese Literature and Philosophy, effective August 1, 2010.

          Dr. Chien-Huei Wu has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of European and American Studies, effective August 1, 2010.

         The secondment of Dr. Ming-ke Wang, Research Fellow of the Institute of History and Philology, to serve as Professor and Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Chung Hsing University has been approved for a three-year term, effective August 1, 2010.

         The secondment of Dr. Wen-Harn Pan, Research Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, to serve as Research Fellow of the Institute of Population Health Sciences and Chairman of the Nutrition Research Group at the National Health Research Institutes has been approved for a four-year term, effective August 1, 2010.
