        Director Ying-Hwa Chang, Research Fellow of the Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, is going to Portugal and Korea to attend international conferences from April 29 to May 9, 2010 and May 19-23, 2010 respectively.

        During his absence, Deputy Director Chiu-Yeoung Kuo is the acting director.
