Ms. Chih-Huei Huang, Research Assistant in the Institute of Ethnology, has been appointed a Special Research Fellow by the Social Anthropology Department of the Tokyo Metropolitan University  from April 2007 through March 2010.
        She has also been elected to the board of directors of the Taiwan Studies Association of Tenri for the year of 2007, her term of office commencing from April.
