        Dr. Ruey-Ling Tzeng has been appointed Research Fellow of the Institute of European and American Studies, effective January 14, 2010.

         Dr. Pei-yi Guo has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Ethnology, effective January 13, 2010.

         Dr. Li-Chuan Tai has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of History and Philology, effective January 13, 2010.
