ASIAA Joined the AS Phone System, Dial the Extension Directly
 

Please be advised that since Nov. 16, the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics joined the CENTREX phone system of Academia Sinica. If you are using the AS phone system, to contact IAA colleagues you only need to dial the last 4 digits of their phone numbers.  Below are some frequently used extensions:

Director: 5300, Secretary to the Director: 5325, Cashier: 5317, Accountant: 5318, Personnel: 5319, Purchase: 5321/5309/5312, General affairs: 5323, NSC Business: 5313/5312, Phone Operator: 5322, Library: 5470.

Those those who are not using AS phone system, please dial: 2366-****.  Please note the original phone number 3365-2200 and fax number 2367-7849 remain the same.
