Dr. Ching Hung Lam has been appointed Research Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics, effective August 1, 2009.

Dr. Yi-Hau Chen, Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Statistical Science, has been promoted to Research Fellow, effective July 9, 2009.

Dr. Chien-Yu Peng has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Statistical Science, effective August 1, 2009.

Dr. Lihwai Lin has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics (Preparatory Office), effective July 1, 2009.

Dr. Chia Chou, Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Environmental Changes, has been promoted to Research Fellow, effective July 9, 2009.
