Director Yia-Chung Chang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences, will stay in America on leave without pay from August 25 to November 27, 2008. During his absence the acting director of the Center will be Research Fellow Jau Tang.
Dr. Hsin-Chun Lu has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Ethnology, effective August 2, 2008.
Dr. Chuan-Feng Wu has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of Institutum Iurisprudentiae (Preparatory Office), effective July 1, 2008.
