Dr. Anthony H. C. Huang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Plant and Microbial Biology, has been appointed Director of the Institute for a one-year term, effective November 1, 2011.

        Dr. Fan-sen Wang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of History and Philology, is acting as Director of the Institutum Iurisprudentiae, effective October 1, 2011 until the new director assumes office.

        Dr. Shu-Hsing Wu has been promoted to Research Fellow of the Institute of Plant and Microbial Biology, effective September 23, 2011.

        Dr. Jyh-Yih Chen has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Cellular and Organismic Biology, effective September 23, 2011.

        Dr. Chien-Chang Chen has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, effective September 23, 2011.

        Dr. Tsung-Lin Li has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Genomics Research Center, effective September 23, 2011.
