Director Wen-Hsiung Li, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Biodiversity Research Center, will go to the United States for academic affairs from December 27, 2010 to January 6, 2011. During his absence, Deputy Director Jiunn-Tzong Wu will be the acting director.

Director Yu-Tai Tao, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Chemistry, will go to the United States to attend academic conferences from December 17-22, 2010. During his absence, Deputy Director Ito Chao will be the acting director.

Director Benjamin Fong Chao, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Earth Sciences, is going to the United States to attend international conferences from December 12-23, 2010. During his absence, Deputy Director Chang-Hwa Chen is the acting director.
