Dr. Wen-Lian Hsu, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Science, will be acting as Director of the Institute, effective September 1, 2011 until the new director assumes office.

Dr. Yu-Liang Yang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center, effective September 1, 2011.
