神經科學研究計畫（Neuroscience Program of Academia Sinica, NPAS）成立於2008年，聚集本院超過50個以上來自12個所、中心從事神經科學相關研究工作的實驗室，協力推動院內神經科學研究發展。適逢本院成立90週年，NPAS成立10週年，計畫成員於《開放生物學》期刊（英國皇家學會The Royal Society發行）分別在其研究專長領域發表專刊文章，
