Dr. Ming F. Tam has been appointed Adjunct Research Fellow of the Institute of Molecular Biology, effective August 1, 2011.

Dr. Chau-Chang Wang has been appointed Adjunct Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Earth Sciences, effective August 1, 2011.

        Dr. Norman Y. Teng, Research Fellow of the Institute of European and American Studies, has been seconded as Director-General of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the National Science Council from July 15, 2011 to July 31, 2013.
