Congratulations to Dr. Kwang-Tsao Shao, Research Fellow of Academia Sinica’s Biodiversity Research Center, on Receiving the 2011 Meritorious Service Award in Forestry and Conservation
 

Dr. Kwang-Tsao Shao, Research Fellow of the Biodiversity Research Center of Academia Sinica, has received the 2011 Meritorious Service Award in Forestry and Conservation. Along with a certificate of award and medal, Dr. Shao will receive 50,000 NTD. In addition to his research work, Dr. Shao has spent numerous years conducting marine conservation work and integrating several Taiwan biodiversity databases. He has made remarkable contributions to domestic environmental protection and ecological conservation.
