Applications for the 2007 Second Session Short-term Domestic Visiting Scholars are now being Accepted
 

     Academia Sinica offers an opportunity for the short-term appointment of visiting scholars from other universities or research institutions in Taiwan. The purpose of this Program is to assist scholars outside Academia Sinica to conduct in-depth research on our campus in order to strengthen academic ties as well as facilitating the development of sciences and technologies in Taiwan.Each applicant should submit to the intended host Institute within Academia Sinica three copies of a completed application form by October 25, 2007 (including a curriculum vitae, a research plan, reprints of publications, and agreement of sponsorship from the host Institute in Academia Sinica). The appointment for Domestic Visiting Scholars is awarded for the period of (1) from January to June 2007 and (2) from July to December 2007.
