Dr. Chwan-Deng Hsiao, Research Fellow of the Institute of Molecular Biology, has been appointed Director of the Scientific Instrument Center, the Central Office of Administration, effective January 1, 2010.

Academician Guangda Zhang has been appointed Adjunct Research Fellow of the Institute of History and Philology, effective November 19, 2009.

Dr. Teng-Fu Shih has been appointed Adjunct Research Fellow of the Institute of Taiwan History, effective December 1, 2009.
