　　Dr. Chen-Hsiang Yeang has been promoted Tenured Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Statistical Science, effective July 5, 2013.

　　Dr. Chao-Cheng Kaun has been promoted Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences, effective July 5, 2013.

　　Dr. Yu-Chiang Frank Wang has been promoted Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, effective July 5, 2013.

　　Dr. Pi-Cheng Hsiu has been promoted Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, effective July 5, 2013.

　　Dr. Yi-Ching Lee has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Cellular and Organismic Biology, effective August 1, 2013.
