Director Wen-Hsiung Li, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Biodiversity Research Center, will attend academic conferences in India, Germany and American from September 19 to October 9, 2008. During his absence the acting director of the Center will be Deputy Director Jiunn-Tzong Wu.
Director Yu-Shan Wu, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Political Science (Preparatory Office), will attend an academic conference in Poland from September 22 to 26, 2008. During his absence the acting director of the Office will be Research Fellow Jih-wen Lin.
Director Dennis Te-Chung Tang, Research Fellow of the Institutum Iurisprudentiae (Preparatory Office), will attend an academic conference in France from October 10 to 25, 2008. During his absence the acting director of the Office will be Associate Research Fellow Shwu-Fann Liou.
