Director You-Hua Chu, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics, will go to the United States for academic affairs and attending an international conference from August 2 to 7, 2016. During her absence, Deputy Director Ming-Jye Wang will be the acting director.
　　Director Din Ping Tsai, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences will attend an international conference in China from August 7 to 9, 2016. During his absence, Deputy Director Pei-Kuen Wei will be the acting director.
　　Director Kuo-Hsing Hsieh, Research Fellow of the Institute of Taiwan History, will go to China for academia affair from August 7 to 12, 2016. During his absence, Deputy Director Shu-Ming Chung will be the acting director.
　　Director Chin-shing Huang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of History and Philology, will go to China for academic affairs from August 8 to 13, 2016. During his absence, Deputy Director Jen-der Lee will be the acting director.
　　Acting Director Pung-Pung Hwang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Cellular and Organismic Biology, will attend an  international conference in Belgium from August 20 to 28, 2016. During his absence, Deputy Director Han-Chung Wu will be the acting director.
　　Director Lou-Chuang Lee, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Earth Sciences, will attend an international conference in China from August 27 to September 1, 2016. During his absence, Deputy Director Tzen-Fu Yui will be the acting director.
