　　Dr. Jen-Leih Wu, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Cellular and Organismic Biology, has been appointed Director-General of Central Office of Administration, effective November 1, 2013.

　　Dr. Tsyr-Yan Yu has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences, effective November 1, 2013.
