Director Ming-Che Shih, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center, will attend an academic conference in Japan from June 13 to 15, 2008. During his absence the acting director of the Institute will be Vice Director Shu-Mei Liang.

 

Director Hsueh-Chi Hsu, Research Fellow of the Institute of Taiwan History, will visit Russia for academic affairs from June 7 to 24, 2008. During her absence the acting director of the Institute will be Vice Director Su-Chuan Chan.
