Dr. Paul T.P. Ho, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics, has been appointed Director of the Institute for a three-year term, effective September 1, 2011.

Dr. Chen-Hung Kao has been promoted to Research Fellow of the Institute of Statistical Science, effective May 18, 2011.

Dr. Yi-Sheng Wang has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Genomics Research Center, effective May 18, 2011.
