Language Policy and Cultural Diversity of the Language, Society, and Culture Series has been published by the Institute of Linguistics, Academia Sinica in June, 2007. Edited by Chin-chuan Cheng, Dah-an Ho, Su-ying Hsiao, Min-hua Chiang and Henry Yungli Chang, the book consists of 31 articles covering four themes, i.e. language vitality and inheritance, language policy, language education, and language archive and research, and one supplement. This series aims to introduce subjects relevant to social concerns and research achievement to the general public.
