Dr. Cheng-Yi Huang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Science, effective November 2, 2009.

Dr. Chun-Wei Pao has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences, effective November 2, 2009.

Dr. Su-Chiung Fang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center, effective September 28, 2009.

Dr. Cheng-Yi Huang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institutum Iurisprudentiae, effective October 30, 2009.

Dr. Nathan Frank Batto has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Political Science, effective November 1, 2009.
