         Dr. Chia-Han Lee has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, effective July 12, 2010.

         Dr. Chung-Shin Wang has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Research Center for Biodiversity, effective September 1, 2010.

         Dr. Shih-Chieh Hsu has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Environmental Changes, effective July 15, 2010.

         Dr. Jung-Hsin Lin has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Applied Sciences, effective July 15, 2010.

         Dr. Jim Jr-Min Lin has been promoted to Research Fellow of the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences, effective July 15, 2010.
