Director Yu-Tai Tao, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Chemistry, is going to Japan to attend an international conference from March 25 - 28, 2010. During his absence, Deputy Director Ito Chao will be the acting director.

Director Shaw Chen Liu, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Research Center for Environmental Changes, will go to the Philippines to attend an academic conference from April 5 - 8, 2010. During his absence, Deputy Director George Tin-Fuk Wong will be the acting director.
