　　Germany is the world leader of Green House Gases (GHG) emission reduction actions and technologies development. In this special lecture, Ms. Sabrina Schmidt-Koschella will share how Germany achieved this challenging task with aids from public policies. Learning from German experience would be critical for Taiwan to find the pathways toward a sustainable society. Refreshments will be served after the special lecture, registration is compulsory.
