Dr. Chung-I Chang has been appointed Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Biological Chemistry, effective March 1, 2009.

Dr. Wen-Jen Tsay, Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Economics, has been promoted to Research Fellow, effective March 2, 2009.

Dr. Chi-Lin Chang, Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Chinese Literature and Philosophy, has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow, effective March 2, 2009.

Dr. Chang-Lin Tsai, Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Chinese Literature and Philosophy, has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow, effective March 2, 2009.

Dr. Kaim Ang, Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Taiwan History, has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow, effective March 2, 2009.
