Dr. Tuan-hua David Ho, Director and Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Plant and Microbial Biology, will attend an international conference in the United States on June 1 through 8, 2007. During his absence the acting director of the Institute will be Research Fellow Long-Fang O. Chen.

Dr. Cai-Jun Zhong, Director and Research Fellow of the Institute of Chinese Literature and Philosophy, will attend an international conference in France on June 5 through 13, 2007. During his absence the acting director of the Institute will be Research Fellow Jin-Long Yang.
