　　Dr. Wen-Shuen Tsai has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Political Science, effective August 15, 2012.

Dr. Anthony H. C. Huang, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Plant and Microbial Biology, has been appointed Director of the Institute from November 1 to December 31, 2012.
